Before you buy: ask each supplier whether they can invoice the sale as an export (zero-rated) or how you reclaim the 15% SA VAT at the border, and check Namibian import VAT and duty with NamRA. The import VAT in the summary is worked out on the prices as entered; if the supplier zero-rates the sale, enter the prices excl. SA VAT so it is worked out on the right amount.
